Enable Gmail to connect - administrator side

Hi !

I’m not able to connect my Gmail adress to Hubspot saying my administrator needs to enable it. We use a Starter Plan

But on her side, she seemed to have allowed everything so I can be free to use what I need.

Could you help and tell me the steps to follow so she could enable it please ?

She checked again and she gave me all the permissions that she could
