THere are currently a lot of bots appearing which have integrations within CHatGPT to link to knowledge bases to make responses more personalised and flow easier. It would be great to have a inbuilt bot withint HubSPot which already is connected to chatgpt to allow a AI chatbot be built within HubSPot. I know there are inegrations which can be used to get round this but it would be an extra selling point for HubSPot to have this as in inbuilt product.
Yes, currently the chatbot just recommending knowledge base artices. Honestly, the user can go to the knowledge base and doing the exact same search. But if the chatbot answers human-like, that would more like chating with a real person than a “cheap” chatbot.
Due to ChatGPT often “fantasizing”, it would be great, if apart from the answer (in textual form) the related knowledge base article can optionally be displayed for possibly checking the correctness of the answer.
