When i download the extention for outlook its posting an error after i open it.
What can be done to solve it’?

It lists some common Outlook errors, and includes detailed steps on how to troubleshoot and fix them.
If after following the steps outlined in that article you are still experiencing issues, would you be able to provide some more context around the error you’re seeing?
If you could include a screenshot, and details of the Outlook browser versions you are using I can look into that particular error message and advise on next steps to resolve it.
