Good Morning,

Just a quick question about unsubscribing to Hubspot emails. Here’s the scenario:

Two companies (A and B) both use Hubspot for their email marketing. I am interested in the content Company A sends but I unsubscribe from emails sent by Company B. Will my unsubscription from Company B emails also stop emails from Company A from reaching me?

If so, is there any workaround to overcome this?

Unless these two companies operate from the same HubSpot portal and send emails from that portal, without business units: no.

Subscription preferences are not shared between HubSpot customers. If you unsubscribe from company A’s emails (who have their own HubSpot portal), you’ll continue to receive emails from company B, C, D etc if you subscribed to them.
