i am trying to send a simple marketing email that I send every week.
When I hit send I get the error message ‘Error Email Validation Failed’
I was not trying to schedule the email just hit the send button.
I have sent different versions of the email every week for a couple of months now. On a discussion board I saw that some other users had the same error but found that recreating the entire email (not using a Clone) worked.
This solution did not work for me. I spent a long time creating the email from scratch and got the same error. It is very frustrating and knocked confidence in using HubSpot.

This error could be related to the formatting in your marketing email. This error can appear for a number of reasons, such as a small font size or if the font color makes the footer appear to be hidden.
I would recommend reviewing any warnings (an example warning is "font is too small’ within the marketing email editor, and updating the email per the warning suggestions.
If you’re still seeing this error after resolving the warning messages, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
