Hi @AIliescu,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
Is this email received automatically when a ticket is submitted?
The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
If that is the case, I’d like to share this article “Set up and customize ticket pipelines and statuses” that might help you!
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation @Shadab_Khan, @SarahX and @JenBergren do you have any suggestions to help @AIliescu, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation ![]()
Thanks and have a lovely day!
Best,
Bérangère
Hi @AIliescu,
Can you share a bit more context? What exactly is triggering this email to you – a submission of one of your company’s forms, your own submission of a support request with HubSpot…?
If it’s the former, there would be a workflow or ticket automation setting in your own portal that you can deactivate: Set up and manage object pipelines
If you’re referring to a ticket logged with HubSpot, these emails cannot be deactivated – the same way you can’t unsubscribe from an Amazon invoice or a registration confirmation for an event. These emails are called transactional emails and don’t require consent. How to Use Transactional Emails to Send Relationship-Based Emails in HubSpot
Best regards
Hi @AIliescu ,
Looks like you are referring to support tickets because its transactional in nature there is no way to disable notifications of such type (mostly) your best bet it setup a email filtering and archive those email so it wont produce noise in your inbox.
I agree that it looks like an email reply triggered by a form submission that creates a ticket, but I would need more information to be sure.
