Email Preference Center page not working

Hi All,

We created a specific email preference page for this client here:

However, when I went to test the page, none of the fields seemed to be updating.

We took the email preferences page template here: https://app.hubspot.com/design-previewer/6109792/templates/21211026788

When tested, the preferences did not work. At this point, I do not know what else to do…I need insights someone around how to customize the email subscription page to look like the web page and still work.

Hi @JulieAD

When I visit the Second Link I can see the Email Preferences and the Country (yep, It was me in New Zealand).

I recommend adding a First Name, Last Name and Email fields to the page.

Not sure what you expected to see – can you elaborate?
