Subscription Preferences Email

Hi,
I was trying to edit the subscription preferences email for my account but I am finding it hard to find enough resources. I came across a few videos where people had toggle for subscription preferences instead of checkboxes. I want to have Preference Text on the left and toggle on the right but the templates in my account only have checkboxes on the left and text on the right.
Attached is an image of what I want.

Hi, @MKhan145 :waving_hand: Welcome to our community!

Here are the details for customizing subscription preference pages and system pages in general. Please note, this is a feature of Marketing Hub and CMS Hub Pro and Enterprise.

Additionally, our community champion @ChrisoKlepke offers some valuable insight on this topic in a recent post — Style subscription preference page.

Best,

Jaycee

@Jaycee_Lewis - All documentation you shared has nothing about styling the actual list of preferences. It only talks about the text above or below the list or button text. There’s no documentation regarding styling the actual preferences list.

Secondly, the image I shared is a template from some theme? I saw few youtube videos where people also had same template.

@ChrisoKlepke - Can you help with your input?

Hey @Jaycee_Lewis , thank you for tagging me on this.

Hey @MKhan145 ,

happy to help out a little if I can.

You still haven’t mentioned what licenses/Hubs you signed up for. This usually very helpful in determining which solutions apply to your specific case.

If I needed to guess, I’d say you might be a customer with the Add-on Business Units. Because that is how the subscription preference page, would look from that image you shared. If that is the case, it’s not possible to change the subscription pages at all. As it reads in the documentation:

Please note:

  • If you purchased the Business Units add-on, you cannot currently customize the appearance of your subscription pages.

If you are indeed not a customer with Business Unit Add on, please let us know the licenses you have, so the community can drill a bit deeper.

Cheers,

Chriso
