I did an Excel upload to edit existing entries with additional information. It was a multiple object import that had Company Information and was supposed to assign the Company. Before the upload, I ensured that the Company Names were spelled correctly and matched what was in Hubspot. Once it uploaded, it created companies for each of the contacts with the same name. Is there a way to fix this without having to delete or manually merge 200+ companies.

This depends on how exactly your import files were set up. Could you share some more details about the files, column headers etc.?
Generally, HubSpot will only deduplicate companies during import if it can find the company ID or domain name. Did you have any of these included in your import file?
In any case, your best course of action is likely deleting the 200+ companies and re-importing them with the correct settings that will correctly associate them. Aside from a few default methods (like associating contacts and companies by domain name), there aren’t any features to automatically bulk associate records after an incorrect import.
