Questions about the platform

Good morning, I am reaching out to you because a few days ago I had HubSpot Service, which allowed me to use more platform features such as workflows. I set up some automations, but now that the plan has ended, I believe I have lost access to them. We are currently trying to renew the subscription, but the sales team has not responded. I would like to know if, for example, a workflow not working is due to our inability to reactivate the Service plan, and whether the fact that I cannot grant permissions to any employee is also part of that.

Hi there @Delta2026, thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re running into this during the renewal process!

To answer your questions directly: yes, both of the issues you’re describing are most likely tied to your Service Hub subscription lapsing. Workflows are a paid feature, so automations built on a paid plan will stop running once that plan ends. Similarly, certain permission settings can become restricted when the associated hub or tier is no longer active.

The good news is that your workflows and configurations won’t be lost, they will just remain hidden until you reactivate the Service Hub Subscription.

For the renewal itself, if the sales team hasn’t responded, I’d recommend also reaching out directly to HubSpot Support — they can often help escalate billing and subscription issues faster than waiting on a sales follow-up, especially if functionality is impacted.

Once your Service Hub subscription is reactivated, your workflows should resume and permissions should be restorable. Hope you get it sorted quickly!
