When I send an email towards customers or contacts; it was automatically also getting in Hubspot (after sent in Outlook). Was working fine, till about an hour ago.
Now; I do not see any of my sent emails anymore in HubSpot. Emails I have sent during the last hour.

Yes, did that over and over again. Did not help. I checked it at every email I was sending.
It looks like there was a very long delay, because now they are logged after more than an hour.
