Do new contacts only run through workflows once?

We have cases where folks can fill out a form for registrations, content downloads, etc. Hubspot creates the new record and syncs to Salesforce. We had an issue with the Salesforce Duplication Rule that was preventing new records from being created (i.e. no duplicates), which we turned off for now. Will the Workflow for these forms automatically try again to sync the record to Salesforce? or do I need to re-enroll these folks?

Hi @KHutton0,

By default, HubSpot workflows will enroll a record only once. If you want all contacts who have ever been in this workflow to enroll again, then the easiest option would be to clone the workflow, switch off the old one, publish the new one.

Best regards!

Hi karstenkoehler,

I got some other advice wherein I can go into the individual Contact Record and in the Right Nav bar go down to Workflow Memberships > Manage to re-enroll Contacts. This isn’t idea for a long list but in this case I only had 6 records.

Your solution is certainly one I will keep in mind for larger lists to re-enroll.

I wish Hubspot would allow us to download records that are in the Workflow Error Alerts so that we can use these lists as new imports and re-enroll via lists.
