Hi all, I’m trying to delete all my contacts to start from scratch but the delete button is greyed out. I’ve tried a different browser but nothing. I’m a super user so it’s not permissions. Any ideas?

Could you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing when you hover your mouse over the delete button, is there a tool tip?
Sometimes, there is a bug where one of the contacts cannot be deleted in bulk. Try deleting contacts page by page, that should work.

If we have several email addresses for one client but they only want us to use one, can we delete the others without losing any email audit trail if we have previously used them?
