I have several users with core seats who currently can’t delete contacts in HubSpot.
Both via the list of Constacts page or on the specific Contact’s record, the delete button is grayed out.
Have checked permissions - View, Edit, and Delete are all checked. Bulk Delete is also checked.
Logged out and back in again.
Nothing seems to fix the issue.
What am I missing?

If this is occurring when all contacts in the current view are selected, this is something that’s been happening to me over the years, on and off. I think it’s simply a bug. When you unselect just one contact, you can typically proceed with the deletion.

@MDavis533 have you made sure that these users have bulk delete permissions? It sounds like they’re trying to delete from the index page.
yes, they have bulk deletion enabled.
we’ve tried deleting from both the index page and the individual record page for the Contact.
Same issue with both.
@MDavis533 is there a tool tip when the user moves the mouse over the delete button?
Could you share a screenshot of the deletion permissions?
@MDavis533 can you please also share a screenshot of the deletion permissions of the user who took that screenshot? (both the general record deletion permissions + the bulk deletion permissions)
