Delete lifecycle Stages

Hi Hubspot Community,
I met an issue when I try to delete one or few lifecycle stage. I deativated all automation but when I click on the lifecycle stages I want to delete, it’s written that it is still used in 1 asset :
Create a lead based on lifecycle stage
But I don’t have the plan related to this feature. How my stages could be used in an asset related to a plan I don’t have ???

If someone can help me to fix it ?

Do other people have access to Leads in your instance? And if you click ‘Create a lead based on lifecycle stage’ where does it bring you?

I’m super admin so nobody shall have more access than me, right ?

If I click on Create a lead base on lifecycle stage, I’m redirected to the second capture

Hi @NoeCamatte ,

This is a paid sales seat tool so if there are users in your account with paid sales seats they will be able to access this section. You can check if there are any paid sales seat users by going to Users & Teams in Settings and clicking the Seats tab.

I Do not have the tab, but there is nothing in the column seat for all HubSpot users.

Hm okay, so the Leads tool isn’t being used at all. Can I ask which stage it is that is causing this issue?

You may need to reach out to HubSpot Support on this because I don’t think there is anything you can do from your side.
