Hi All,
I set the time zone in the Account Defaults.
Half of the users from Israel and Half of the users are from UK. I want the Israel users to see the right Date/Time information in their local time zone. and the users from London to see fields information in their local time zone. I set the default time zone for UTC+2, What will the users in UK will see?
There’s an option to set the timezone for dedicated users in the setup, but when I tested it and changed my user’s time zone, it displayed the default time zone of the company (Israel timezone):
Thanks for any help!
Hi @OBetzalel
I would say two things:
- It usually takes a few minutes for personal user settings to propagte across the portal. For example if I change my personal preferred language to German it can take 10-15min for all menus and options in HubSpot to appear in German instead of English.
- When you say you “changed my user’s time zone, it displayed the default time zone of the company (Israel timezone)” - where are you looking at times being displayed - specific properties or other tool settings? If this relates to specific date properties or historic values, I believe these are always based on the portal settings and things like summer/winter time changes. So for example I will see something like property X changed on “31/03/2023 10:12 GMT+2”.
I would double check this with HubSpot Support though…

@franksteiner79 Thank you for your response!
My question is,
If the default time zone is GMT+2
and I want to set for a user that his time zone will be GMT+1, is it possible? (Properties date/time values should be reflected in the change). So users will see the times according to their time zone.
Thanks.
