I am unable to fix the time zone,
I am located in Bangladesh GMT+6
Whenever I want to scheduled something, let’s say for 2pm CST, If i select 2pm while scheduling it show’s something else in CST.
Kindly, let me know how to fix it, A live support tech would be helpful

Have you customized your time zone settings? Customize default region and language settings

If yes, could you specify what you’re scheduling that’s showing a CST time?

Whenever I try to customize it says, To edit these settings, you must be an authorized user.

Hi @DShihan,

In that case you would have to reach out to an admin of your portal to make these changes. It’s probably the person who invited you into the HubSpot account.

he tried doing so, but still no use.
What exactly should i ask him to do?

He should follow these steps: Customize default region and language settings

If it’s not working, could you specify what exactly is not working? The more details, the better. Screenshots of the settings and the areas where it’s not working would also help.
