While we are able to use timestamp properties for workflow triggers, we are limited to the conditions that we can use for it, specifically the amount of days before or after the date property.
I hope we can have a more granular option especially for time or date and time properties, option to select hours, minutes and even seconds for triggers.
Our use case:
- Email workflow triggered by deal stage change.
- each deal stage as a corresponding hubspot time stamp property for date entered, date exited and cumulative time, and more.
- we’d like to use the date entered stage timestamp to add a 10 minute buffer for users that accidentally selected the wrong deal stage.
- the options that we have now is to either enroll the contact right away (then unenroll the contact if the stage no longer qualifies or changed midway ) or after 1 day (which is already too late).
Hopefully we’ll get to take advantage of the time information for those properties soon.
