It would be great to have the ability to add page ‘breadcrumbs’ into the page tab name with a hubspot webpage. For example the tab would read Contact Us | Home

to get things right: You would like to change the tab name of each page?
You can set this in the settings tab of each page in the “Page title” field.
If you want to have it dynamically based on user interaction with onpage/anchor links you’ll need a custom module or code. Not that this can affect SEO and page-speed and might not lead to a great user-experience
