Customer messages are lost?

Hi, I can’t receive customers’ messages recently. I can receive their e-mail but no messages, I checked my website and there is nothing wrong. Do you know what happened?

Can you please share more context? How have you received these emails before? Which HubSpot tools were you using for that?

Sorry for the late reply. For more information, please see the picture below, the message part is lost. I never received emails like this before. I think we use the contact form 7 plugin for our website. Do I answer your questions correctly?

Hi @PYu,

This does not look like an issue originating in HubSpot – I’d recommend checking with the support of the plugin provider if they can troubleshoot this.
