Would love to know when it will be possible to use custom ticket properties in the new form editor. It is currently only possible to use the default ticket properties.
Agreed - it makes no sense to have a support form without custom ticket properties. The key concept of the cusotm ticket properties is to ensure that people submit the improtant information for our company. Please please please make this happen soon! Even though I will have to change all our forms AGAIN, from legacy to new editor.
