As the current layout of the “Email Subscription Preference” page is like below.
Email Subscription Type List
It displays all of the “Email Types” in a single checkbox list.
I’m looking to modify the layout of the page in below layout.
New Layout
After reading through the Hubspot Documentations, I understand that mostly everyone is using the default @hubspot module called “email_subscriptions.module” to list out the “Email Subscription Types” on the page with the following code

As I’m trying to either categorize each of the email types and show in grouped manner, I am trying to get each email type as variable. So, I can code it to look like my desired layout.
however, upon searching through all of the documentations and forum, I couldn’t find anything.
Is there a work-around solution to my layout. Or can anyone help me with a way to get the individual email types in variable.
