Hi all, I am newer to medical device and first time using a CRM. Wondered what your best tips and tricks may be to use this data to my advantage. Obviously the more I enter the more data I have later on. Any preferred dashboards, reports, things to look at you wish you knew sooner?
Also, should all email to clients be done through CRM? I used email for everything in previous roles.
It’s great that you’re eager to make the most out of your CRM data. Here are some tips and tricks to get you started:
Start by identifying what information is important to you: Before entering any data into your CRM, think about what information will be most useful to you. This could include details about your customers, their needs, and their purchase history.
Keep your data organized: The more organized your data is, the easier it will be to find what you need later on. Make sure to use consistent naming conventions and categorize your data in a way that makes sense to you.
Use dashboards and reports: Most CRMs offer customizable dashboards and reports that allow you to see key metrics at a glance. Take advantage of these tools to keep track of your progress and identify areas for improvement.
Integrate your CRM with other tools: Many CRMs can be integrated with other tools, such as marketing automation platforms or sales enablement software. This can help you streamline your workflows and make the most out of your data.
As for your question about email, it’s generally a good idea to use your CRM for all client communication. This will allow you to keep track of your conversations and ensure that you’re providing a consistent experience for your customers. However, it’s also important to use your best judgment and consider the preferences of your individual clients.
