Create new user with a pre-defined seat

Is it possible to create a new user with a pre-defined seat with an API call? I know I can assign permission sets etc but I cannot assign the seat.

Hi @DHiggins0, thank you for bringing this up to my attention!
While checking this documentation “User Provisioning”, I see that permission sets that have paid seats attached to them can only be modified by applications that have the billing-write scope.
So it seems that it is possible but you’ll need the right scope for that.
Can you give it a try and let us know @DHiggins0, please?
