Create a user via API

I would like to see either:

A. an API to create a user in Hubspot;

OR

B. enable JIT provisioning over SAML.

Preferably A, so I can specify a team, etc during the creation process. It is silly that we can automate everything else in the solution, except for the onething we need to be able to automate.

Seconded - This is pretty basic user management and would save admins hours of time during onboarding/offboarding.
