Is user, teams and role API for hubspot available in V1?

If you’re using the beta docs site, you can use the dropdown to see, and access, all versions, of an API. Both User Details and User Provisioning are only available as v3 endpoints.
You can also find all the legacy endpoints here if you’d prefer to search that way
