I am looking for how to create a Quote via the API. Where can I find the documentation and an example of creating an estimate.

Hey, @JeanAMOROS Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, you are not missing anything. This is not currently possible:

Note: The CRM API currently only supports retrieving quotes that have been created by a HubSpot user in a HubSpot account via an API key. Creating and updating quotes through the CRM API is coming soon. Please subscribe to our changelog to make sure you receive any further updates about this issue.

There is not a specific date for these additional features and their rollout. The best way to stay informed will be to subscribe to the dev changelog as noted above. Source – Accounts Dashboard | HubSpot
