I want to use the quote function for our service department via the quotes.
As our service team often sends quotes for replacement pieces, it is not what we consider a ‘deal’ but the client does need to receive a quote.
I hope it does get picked up by the Hubspot team as it would be a very useful function since most service departments sell, but do not want it attributed as a new sale like a deal.
