When I try to create a dependent list by creating a new form in marketing, there is only the contact information appeared whereas I want use the ticket information.
Any one knows how to deal with it?

Contact property fields are the only fields available for forms. For more information on this, I wanted to share this resource.
In regards to smart dependent fields, while this is not currently possible, I would recommend upvoting this idea in the ideas forum which requests this.
