Hello,
Just getting started with the Survey Tool from HubSpot. If there are contact properties that already exist, is it best practice to copy those contact properties, e.g. into the Feedback properties? Seems redundant to create survey question options when we have some of them already, but wanted to make sure we’re not missing anything when setting up surveys.
Thanks!
Hi @JSchneiderOH,
Feedback submissions are like form submissions, copying into them wouldn’t serve any purpose - you wouldn’t want to change a submission.
Anything you have on the contact object, you can display along with feedback records, if needed, using the custom report builder.
The opposite is more often needed: copying feedback property values into the contact record when some contact properties cannot be added to surveys directly.
If you have something else in mind, another reason to copy, let me know.
Best regards!
Hello @karstenkoehler,
Is there a way to display the associated feedback survey responses within a contact record (via card)?
