Naming agents within the survey

Hi.
I want to produce a survey that asks for specific feedback on the individuals the customer worked with. These are stored as properties in Hubspot as Account Owner and CS Owner. Has anyone managed to pull these properties through to a feedback survey? Or used an alternative feedback tool that syncs with Hubspot?

Hello @CBurgess5!

On which object are these 2 properties stored? On the Contact, or Company?
If yes, can you use a property sync to bring them over to a Ticket, so you can reference them as properties in the survey? Or reference them as Personalization Tokens somehow?

Hi @CBurgess5,

Could you share more context about which objects these owner properties are set up on (contact, company, ticket) and how you are delivering the survey (web link, email)?

In general, however, I don’t think this is currently possible. Survey properties can’t be set up as sync properties, HubSpot doesn’t allow for creating survey owner properties, and workflow can only update a survey response, but not any record that a survey would pull a token from before sending. That is if you want to mention the person within the survey itself.

If you create a web link survey and send this via an automated email, then you have more flexibility. Assuming that the accoung owner or CS owner are contact or company properties, you can simply add tokens for these in the regular email editor, then place a link to the survey. The email would contain the name, the survey itself wouldn’t. Use personalization tokens
