We have activated the Cookie Consent Banner on our website. Is there a way to keep records/anonymous records or track the users that have accepted or declined the cookies?
Thank you for reaching out.
I want to tag some of our experts here - @Mike_Eastwood @Aakar @Ben_M do you have any thought for @ApekshaGopale on this?
Thank you!

Hi @ApekshaGopale
I guess you’re looking for this. Check out the HubSpot resources.
Thanks @TitiCuisset for the tag.
I’ve been looking for an answer on this question aswell.
@Aakar what you are referring to is of course to store consent records on existing contacts in your database. But do you know if there’s a way to store consent records from anonymous visitors on your website via HubSpot’s Cookie banner? I got information from a Cookie expert consulting agency that this is also required in the EU. ![]()
Thank you @Aakar I’ll check it out ![]()
@Petter I do agree with you. I can only create a list with existing contacts and cannot track anonymous visitors. Have you found a solution to this?
