Currently when receiving emails in the conversations inbox that include screenshots the conversations inbox software automatically adjusts the image size so that the image fits in the “chat box”.
This can sometimes lead to images being blurry and impossible to read.
If you then want to see the image you need to right click on the image, copy the URL to the original image and then open this link in a new tab.
It would be a great addition to have a button upon hovering over the image that says “open original image” that then automatically opens the image in a new tab.
This would be much user friendly, as not everyone is familiar with the “copy original URL” functionality.
