Where exactly in HubSpot are you checking for your contacts? Could you please share a screenshot of the entire page? This will help assist in case you unknowingly have applied filters.
Have you checked whether contacts have been deleted? Restore deleted records
Could you confirm that you are a super admin or definitely have the permissions to access all contacts? Manage user permissions
Can you please also confirm that over the past weeks and months, you have regularly logged into your HubSpot CRM?

Hello, We are searching all the contacts received on our email in these years, nomore present now.
See enclosed a photo of the screen of our email carifsrl@gmail.com , however i notice now the 15th August I received an email saying the free account will be deactivated in 30days.
Is this the reason all contacts have been deleted?
We need to re activate our hubspot and to rehab all our contacts received by email on our hubspot contact list
