Please help me, someone breached my hubspot account and permanently deleted my contacts, can they be restored through hubspot as it takes 30 days to be purged from their system, I can show my google account login activity someone logged in and deleted my contacts, Please can anyone help me restore them they were very very important to me as all of them were created manually and they were my important client database i made over 6 months

Have you checked if contacts can be restored? Restore deleted records
If you’re on a paid subscription, you can contact HubSpot support in-app directly.
If you’re on the free CRM, support is unfortunately not included.

I have checked the restoration tab and no, they can’t be restored! thats why im panicking because that was 6 months of work deleted in an instant and no way to get it back, I dont know what to do and cant even connect to chat or support

Thank you for posting to the Community! I took a look on our end, and it doesn’t look like the account associated with your email addresses was purged.
Can you please attach any screenshots indiciating that your account was deleted?
I would also recommend filling out the form on this KB to get in contact with support.

My account was not deleted my contacts were deleted. I do not get what i have to attach as my account is still with me but after the breach all contacts were permanently deleted and are not showing up in restore contacts section as well

Can you confirm that you are a super admin in the account? This might be a permissions issue where you don’t have ‘view’ access to all contacts.

Yes, I am super admin as well, Its not an issue with the view, Is there any way i can recover my data which was breached and deleted??
I can see the tasks i created for the contacts but when i try to check the lead even from the tasks it shows 0 contacts associated
That sounds really frustrating, especially after six months of manually building such an important client database. I’d contact HubSpot support as soon as possible and ask if the deleted contacts can be restored before the purge period ends.
@alexbutcher I’m on the free plan and cant even call hubspot support, I used the chat and it connected me to a sales person who recommended me this group to post in as the only way to do something about it, 3 days have been gone so far and i dont have any clue if i can recover the loss.
