Morning hope you can help shed some light! We are using a customer API form (v2) on our quote and checkout form (YITH quotes / Woo commerce checkout) to send data to hubspot.
We seem to still get randomly “Contact Reconversion” email submissions, like eg. yesterday a Contact Reconversion email - which was a duplicate of an order placed in February 23 (no other new data - order data and order ID values the same) no new order data or order in woo admin.
We have turned off pre-populate form content as we believed this was having an affect - which has assisted with the contact forms, this was also turned off on the order/quote form in Hubspot.
We are stumped! Any help much appreciated - could it be caching from cookies on the website side? We were told this didn’t look like the case speaking to hubspot support. Any help much appreciated (code block we are using attached)
