I’m trying to connect our group email via IMAP but can’t find any settings in my email and HubSpot just sends me to my email settings. Has anyone else managed to do this successfully?

You can follow these steps to set up IMAP settings in HubSpot. This other article should help you to find your email server’s IMAP and SMTP information. If you’re still struggling to find them I’d recommend reaching out to your email administrator.
