Hi there

I am trying to integrate my POP email.

When setting up the account, the only option that appears is IMAP (see screenshot)

Is it possible to set up a connection with POP server?

I am using Outlook 2013

Thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I wanted to refer you to related this thread that goes into further detail on this. HubSpot only provides the ability for users to connect their inboxes to HubSpot through IMAP.

You’ll need to work with your IT team to change this to IMAP. Once that’s done, you should see the IMAP/SMTP servers and ports in your email client settings to input into HubSpot to connect.
