Similar to this Idea it would be great to be able to highlight certain tickets by a color (e.g. Urgent Priority = Red Ticket etc.).
This way the support can easily identify which tickets they need to focus on first.

Hi @JWienkamp,
Have you tried using the “Priority” property? It can be set at low, medium, high and shows up with a coloured dot on the ticket board’s cards.
Hi JeannieN , yes we’re using that now, but a clear full card color indication would be way more powerful than that little dot I think
Could also be more flexible than just the priorities property. Would imagine something like: If Priority = High → Set Color to Red. If Due Date = Tomorrow → Set color to red.
I know we could automate the priority property, but again for me it’s about a bit more obvious indication.
Hello community members,
I’m happy to share that we recently released coloured deal tags (see here for more details), and are currently working on extending coloured tags to Tickets. Coming soon!
As always, thanks for your feedback in helping us continuously improve your product experience.

Hi fellow community members,
I’m excited to share that we’ve just finished releasing enhancements to our colour-coded object tags. We’ve moved the limits for these tags to the account level and introduced custom object tags.
See screenshot of the product update. Here’s the Knowledge Base article with more details.
I hope this latest release helps you continue to use these visual cues to help your users prioritize!
Best,
Jeannie
