It used to be possible to clone a form, and then link it to any inbox. The cloned form was not linked to any inbox and I was free to link it to any Inbox i chose.
Some change has been made that cloning an existing form makes it so that the clone is also linked to the original form’s inbox.
This is an issue because, if I unlink this cloned form from the inbox, for some reason I don’t understand, all ticket properties are removed from the form without warning.
This makes it now impossible to copy a form to a separate inbox, and also impossible to move a form to another inbox if the choice was wrong. This should be fixed or a solution implemented.
