We need to have different quotes templates. What I didn’t discover so far is, how (as a user) to choose from the different templates, when the user is in the process of creating a quote.
The way I did it: deals --> quotes --> add --> but the the user sees the standard template only, there are no options visible (and ready to use).
Anyone knows how to proceed?

The step to select the quote template has been put at the end.
I also found out by accident, not a big fan and another case of HubSpot “verschlimmbessern” something that worked pretty well to begin with.

I do not see any option when I click on the template and details section to select a different template. Even though I have multiple quote templates in my account and I have a ‘Sales Pro’ seat asisgned to my user account.

The UI has changed a bit with the new HubSpot CPQ (vs. Legacy Quotes) but the accepted solution is still relevant regarding the Legacy UI. Regardless, customizing Quote and Legacy templates will be found in the same settings. Hopefully this will point you in the right direction:
If you are seeing within the dropdown that you’re not able to choose from Templates, then I may suggest reaching out to Support to look into the behavior. Otherwise, if you’d like to reach back out here first, feel free to include a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end, along with a screenshot of the Templates from your settings that you’re expecting to see there.
