Your chatbot displays perfectly fine on my end 
In general, this page has troubleshooting steps – which also include browser related suggestions: Troubleshoot chat widget not appearing on website pages
It sounds like you either may have privacy extensions in your browser or settings that might interfere with the chatbot loading. Try another browser or clearing cache/cookies.
