… which leads me to think that this is browser issue on your end. Please do the following things:
- Try a different browser
- Clear cache/cookies
- Disable browser extensions

The chat icon you saw is not the hubspot one, i was forced to install Tidio as a quick alternative because we are currently in a high season for our bookings, and we needed to be reachable via chat while the hubspot one is missing. As today, the problem still persists and i replaced Tidio with Moose just to try a free solution.

Thanks again Karsten. The point i forgot to mention is that the chatflow wa perfectly working in our website for 5+ years without any issue whatsoever, then it suddendly disappeared yesterday without any change made by us. Anyway i checked again the page you linked and everything seems to be in place.
You’re right Frank, i need to tidy up the homepage! The chat bubble you see in the screenshot is not the one from Hubpot. In the “connected app” section of the Hubspot setting i see that there’s some sort of a “data migration” going on, maybe it’s the cause, i don’t know.
