We configured the chabot in our Knowledge base website but the searches were wide and it didnt show up the correct articles, so we were just trying the AI chatbot. The AI chabot does not show realistic content from the knowledge base in couple of case we tested. It shows random details with does not match the content in the KB. How do we go forward with this?
Hi @KamakshiBhakuni,
The AI chatbot is still in beta – which means that there are potentially instances when it’s working as expected.
If you’re finding that, after following these set up steps…
… the AI chatbot is not providing the expected results, I’d recommend you provide that feedback to the product team directly.
You can do so under Menu > Automations > AI Chatbot, where you should see this:
HubSpot has its yearly week of rest this week (see here) so you’ll likely not hear back immediately. Whenever I give feedback through this widget, I typically get contacted by a product manager.
Best regards!
Hey @KamakshiBhakuni
To address the issue of your AI chatbot not displaying accurate content from your knowledge base, consider the following steps:
Ensure that your AI chatbot is properly synced with your knowledge base.
Review the specific articles and content being used by the AI chatbot.
You can manage and select different articles from your knowledge base by using the Choose the content your AI uses to answer questions dropdown menu.
If issues persist, consider manually re-importing URLs to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date content is being utilized by your AI chatbot.
For more information on this kindly follow this article here: Set up the customer agent
Hey @KamakshiBhakuni
can you check the content that its been used for the Knowledge base?
Go to the AI Chatboot > Knowledge base and checked the used tab
to see which articles are being sync.
If you see all the articles that should be considered and still not getting the right responses
you can share the feedback with the product team so that they can take a look a it.
hope this helps
KamakshiBhakuni you might have conflicting information in your trained materials/sources.
In your Customer Agent settings you can have it display sources when it replies, this can help troubleshoot why its providing incorrect responses.
I’ve used ChatSimple.AI for some of our clients because it has a “Debug Mode” which makes it super easy to see how the AI is coming up with its answer. They’ve got a great HubSpot integration, check it out.
