Can I change the text “hjælp” in the headline
Hi @PEngelMøller , it’s kind of hard to tell for me since it isn’t in English, is this the HubSpot chatflow tool?

Hælp= Help in the top line
Hi @PEngelMøller thank you, I understand the word is Help, I was trying to determine what tool you are using.
The chatflow tool in HubSpot doesn’t say “Help” at the top (see examples below), is this an integration?

@PEngelMøller Thank you, I see now, here are the steps to get to this setting:
1 - From Conversations, open Chatflow
2 - open the corresponding Chatflow
3 - click the display tab
4 - expand “choose chat avatar”
5 - change “chat heading”
