Read receipts are currently unavailable (on the agent side) on the very last client message in HS conversations. So if during the conversation an agent had to spend some time finding an answer, and then responds to the client, there is no way to see read more

HI I have a question. 😃 If I have a chat conversation in the inbox, and I return the chat message but the sender has left the chat. How can I make sure that the customer has read my answer Thanks in advance Peter Engel Møller
