I would like to change the main email associated with my HubSpot account to a new one but can’t find the place to do it.

You’re right, “Profile & Preferences” has disappeared from the dropdown in the top right corner. Instead click on the gear icon in the menu bar:
Settings (gear icon) → General (left sidebar) → Security (tab) → Edit email address

@wwwGrants8com can you please share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the security tab?
@wwwGrants8com you didn’t follow the click path directly, can you please click “General” in the left sidebar, not “Security”?
