Hi everyone,
My company has recently rebranded, and we have a new domain. I’ve already updated the company name in HubSpot, but I need to change the email accounts to the new domain without losing any history.
How can I change HubSpot user email addresses to the new domain while preserving all history?
Thanks!
Hi @Alex-Zeinab, you will need the users to update this themselves.
This can be done by navigating to Profile & Preferences (click on the icon in the top corner to access the dropdown), and then Your Preferences > General > Security > Edit email address.
A guide is HERE

Yes dear I’ve seen it , but the “edit email” button isn’t visible for me , I’m admin role as well
This looks slightly different to my view and I’m not sure which page you’ve screenshotted.
Follow this link: https://app.hubspot.com/settings/xxxxxx/user-preferences/security
Replacing the x’s with your portal ID.
@Alex-Zeinab based on your screenshot, you won’t be able to edit the email address from the link provided by @BQ_Oliver, instead, as @karstenkoehler pointed out previously, it looks like you’re using SCIM via Google on your account and user email addresses have to be edited through your identity provider, or it would need to be turned off first.
Hi @Alex-Zeinab,
You can find instructions to change your email address here: Change your HubSpot user's email address
If you have SCIM enabled, you cannot change your user email address or add an email address in HubSpot, and must do it through your identity provider – this might be the reason you’re not able to edit this directly.
Best regards
thanks a lot guys, it worked @BQ_Oliver @Jnix284
