Can't access the data on reports

I’m a superadmin and dashboard owner, still for some reason I can’t access the information on dashboard.

I have 3 dashboards, 8 reports in this particular dashboard. How can I access the data? Looks like a technical bug

Hi @DKhodorovskaya,

This appears to be related to your subscription type and access to these specific reports vs your portal access. Potentially these were created using a trial of Sales Pro and you no longer have Pro so they aren’t showing. Even though you have 3 dashboards available you may not have access to all reporting types.

Just something I’d check on, but it could be something else.

The reason is definitely your subscription. As I can see from the screenshot, you are having a free HubSpot subscription, right? If yes, that’s why you have no option to check the reports on the screenshot. These screenshots might have been created when you used to have a higher subscription.
