i create a dashboard, there are 5 reports on it. 4 of them are good, but one is error, you can see the detailed error below.
how can i fix it?

If one report’s throwing an error while the others work, it’s likely one of these:
- Permissions: The report might be using data you (or others viewing the dashboard) don’t have access to. Try opening it while logged in as a Super Admin.
- Broken filters or no data: Sometimes a report breaks if it’s filtering on something that no longer exists or if there’s just no data to show.
- Data source issues: If it’s using a deleted pipeline, custom object, or something that’s been changed, it can glitch out.
Try editing the report to check for red flags or weird filters.

Hi @Jaylin,
Most of the times HubSpot reports break it’s due to the amount of data the report is trying to visualize. This could be HubSpot failing at the attempt to:
- break down a bar chart vertically into to many segments
- showing to many bars due to a high frequency (e.g. daily frequency with a date range over multiple years)
- visualize a table with too many columns
I’d also check the report settings to see if it’s referencing anything that’s not up to date anymore, e.g. deleted properties, removed data sources or similar.
Lastly, it’s always a good idea to review the permissions of the user who took this screenshot. Reports should just be empty when permissions are missing however.
If none of the above help, I’d recommend contact HubSpot support directly in-app via chat or email.
